၁။ (၈၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအထွေထွေညီလာခံ၏ (၆၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် မျက်နှာစုံညီ အစည်းအဝေးကို ၁၂-၁၂-၂၀၂၅ ရက် (သောကြာနေ့)၊ နံနက် (၁၀၀၀) နာရီတွင် နယူးယောက်မြို့၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဌာနချုပ်၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများ၏ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ရွေးချယ်ရေးနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံမှ အန်ဒိုရာ၊ ဘော့စ်ဝါနာ၊ တရုတ်၊ ဒိုမီနီကန်သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ မလေးရှား၊ ရုရှား၊ ဆီနီဂေါ၊ ထရီနီဒက်နှင့် တိုဘာဂိုနှင့် အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စု တို့ဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းခန့်အပ်ထားသည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံ (၉) နိုင်ငံပါဝင်သော အရည်အချင်းစစ် ကော်မတီ (Credentials Committee) ၏ အစီရင်ခံစာအား မဲမခွဲဘဲ တူညီဆန္ဒ (Consensus) ဖြင့် အတည်ပြု ချမှတ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

၂။ အရည်အချင်းစစ်ကော်မတီ၏ အစီရင်ခံစာ၌ ကော်မတီဥက္ကဋ္ဌက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ကိုယ်စားပြုမှုနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ စာပိုဒ် (၈) နှင့် (၁၀) တို့တွင် ဖော်ပြထားပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ ကိုယ်စားလှယ် တင်သွင်းမှု (၂) မျိုး လက်ခံ ရရှိထားသဖြင့် ရွေးချယ်ခန့်အပ်မှုအတွက် စဉ်းစားဆုံးဖြတ်ရန် ရွှေ့ဆိုင်းထားမည်ဟု အဆိုပြုခဲ့ပြီး ယင်းအဆိုပြုချက်ကို ကော်မတီက မဲမခွဲဘဲ အတည်ပြုခဲ့သည် (Adopted without a vote) ဟု ဖော်ပြထား ပါသည်။ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံက အတည်ပြုခဲ့သည့် အရည်အချင်းစစ် ကော်မတီ၏ အစီရင်ခံစာ (A/80/547) အား ပူးတွဲဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

၃။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းနှင့် ၎င်းဦးဆောင်သည့် မြန်မာကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့အနေဖြင့် ယခင်နှစ်များနည်းတူပင် (၈၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံအတွင်း ပုံမှန် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိသော ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၏ မျက်နှာစုံညီ နှင့် ပင်မကော်မတီ အစည်းအဝေးများ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ ပင်မအဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၏ အစည်းအဝေးများနှင့် အခြား ဆက်စပ်အစည်းအဝေးများကို ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်၊ တက်ရောက်၊ ဆွေးနွေး လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

၄။ ထို့အပြင် မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်အနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့် အခြေအနေအား ဤကုလသမဂ္ဂမျက်နှာစာမှတစ်ဆင့် နိုင်ငံတကာသို့ အသိပေးတင်ပြပြောကြားကာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် အကြမ်းဖက် စစ်အာဏာရှင်စနစ်နှင့် တရားမဝင် စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှုတို့ အပြီးတိုင်ချုပ်ငြိမ်းရေးနှင့် ဖက်ဒရယ် ဒီမိုကရေစီ ပြည်ထောင်စု တည်ထောင်နိုင်ရေး၊ မြန်မာပြည်သူများအပေါ်တွင် ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်မှုများအား မရပ်မနား ကျူးလွန်လျက်ရှိသော တရားခံအကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုနှင့် ၎င်း၏အပေါင်းအပါများအား နိုင်ငံတကာ တရားစီရင်မှု များဖြင့် တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိလာစေရေးတို့အတွက် မြန်မာပြည်သူများမှ ကြိုးပမ်း ဆောင်ရွက်နေမှုများကို သိရှိစေရန်၊ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်မှုများရှိလာစေရန်  ဆက်လက် အားထုတ်ကြိုးပမ်းသွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၅။ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်အနေဖြင့် (၇၉) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံကာလအတွင်း အထွေထွေညီလာခံ မျက်နှာစုံညီ အစည်းအဝေးများ၊ ပင်မကော်မတီ အစည်းအဝေးများ၊ လုံခြုံရေး ကောင်စီ၊ စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုရေးကောင်စီ၊ အခြား အဆင့်မြင့် အစည်းအဝေးများနှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အေဂျင်စီများ ၏ ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းအဝေးများတွင် မိန့်ခွန်း စုစုပေါင်း (၇၆) ခု ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။

၆။ ၉-၉-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် စတင်ခဲ့သည့် (၈၀) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၏ Main Part of the Session (၃၁-၁၂-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့အထိဖြစ်ပါသည်) တွင် ယနေ့အထိ ပင်မကော်မတီများ၌ (၄၂) ကြိမ်၊ မျက်နှာစုံညီ အစည်းအဝေးများတွင် (၄) ကြိမ်နှင့် အခြား အဆင့်မြင့် အစည်းအဝေးများတွင် (၂) ကြိမ်၊ စုစုပေါင်း မိန့်ခွန်း (၄၈) ခု ပြောကြားခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

The UN General Assembly adopts the Credentials Committee Report,

Ambassador Kyaw Moe Tun remains as the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations and continues his works

(New York, 12 December 2025)

The 80^th Session of the United Nations General Assembly convened its 61^st Plenary Meeting at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on 12 December 2025 and adopted the Credentials Committee Report for the session by consensus.

Regarding the representation of Myanmar, the Credentials Committee report addresses the matter in paragraphs 8 and 10 and the Chair of the Committee noted that, having received two competing sets of credentials for Myanmar, the Committee proposed to defer its decision on the credentials of the representatives of Myanmar. The Committee adopted this proposal without a vote. A copy of the report of the Credentials Committee (A/80/547), as approved by the United Nations General Assembly, is attached herewith.

Consequently, Ambassador Kyaw Moe Tun, Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, and the Myanmar delegation continue to participate in, attend, and deliberate at the Plenary and Main Committees meetings of the 80th UNGA, meetings of the UN main bodies, and other related High-level meetings, in consistent with the practice of preceding years.

Furthermore, the Permanent Representative remains steadfast in his commitment to raising, through the UN platforms, the voices of the people of Myanmar regarding the on-ground situation. He will continue to advocate the people’s efforts and to get necessary action for putting an end to the military dictatorship and its unlawful military coup, and ensuring international justice and accountability for the terrorist military junta and its affiliates, who continue to perpetrate relentless atrocities against the suffering people of Myanmar.

During the 79^th Session of the UNGA, the Permanent Representative delivered a total of 76 statements at the General Assembly Plenary Meetings and its Main Committees meetings, the UN Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, other high-level meetings and the UN Agencies Executive Board meetings.

During the Main Part of the 80^th Session of the UNGA (from 9 September to 31 December 2025), a total of 48 statements have been delivered thus far, comprising 42 statements at Main Committee meetings, 4 at Plenary meetings, and 2 at other high-level meetings.
