သတင်းအဖြစ်ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်

နော်ဝေဘုရင် ပဉ္စမမြောက် ဟာရဲလ်ဒ် ကွယ်လွန်နတ်ရွာစံခြင်းအတွက်

ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၌ အောက်မေ့ဖွယ် အခမ်းအနား ကျင်းပရာ

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူလျက်ရှိသော အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုကိုယ်စား ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်း

တက်ရောက် မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ခြင်း

၁။        နော်ဝေဘုရင် ပဉ္စမမြောက်ဟာရဲလ်ဒ် (His Majesty King Harald V) ကွယ်လွန် နတ်ရွာစံခြင်းအတွက် ၎င်းအား အောက်မေ့လွမ်းဆွတ်သည့် အခမ်းအနားကို ၁၄-၉-၂၀၂၆ ရက် (တနင်္လာနေ့)၊ နံနက်တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

၂။         အဆိုပါ အခမ်းအနားကို (၈၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ သဘာပတိ H.E. Mr. Khalilur Rahman က ဖွင့်လှစ်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်၊ အမှုဆောင်ရုံးမှ Chef de Cabinet Mr. Courtney Rutrige က ကုလသမဂ္ဂအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ်ကိုယ်စား တက်ရောက်ကာ အောက်မေ့ဖွယ်စကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ ထို့နည်းတူ အစဉ်အလာအရ ကုလသမဂ္ဂရှိ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဒေသအုပ်စုများ၏ အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌများကလည်း ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်၍ အမှတ်တရ အောက်မေ့ဖွယ်စကားများ ပြောကြားခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

၃။        မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စု၏ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလအတွက်

အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌ အဖြစ် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းက အခမ်းအနားသို့ တက်ရောက်၍ အုပ်စုကိုယ်စား မိန့်ခွန်းပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ 

၄။        မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်မှ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုကိုယ်စား ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် အုပ်စုမိန့်ခွန်း တွင် အောက်ပါအချက်များ အဓိက ပါဝင်ပါသည်-

(က)     အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုအနေဖြင့် နော်ဝေဘုရင်ကြီး ပဉ္စမမြောက် ဟာရဲလ်ဒ် ကွယ်လွန် နတ်ရွာစံခြင်းအပေါ်အလွန်စိတ်အားညှိုးငယ်ရပြီး တော်ဝင်မိသားစု၊ နော်ဝေအစိုးရနှင့် နော်ဝေပြည်သူ များနှင့်ထပ်တူ ဘုရင်ကြီးအား အောက်မေ့ရပါကြောင်း၊

(ခ)       ဘုရင်ကြီးအနေဖြင့် မင်းစံသက် (၃၅) နှစ်တာကာလတွင် စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှု၊ ကရုဏာတရား ထားရှိမှုနှင့် ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာပြည့်ဝမှုတို့၏ မီးပြတိုက်တစ်ခု ခိုင်ခိုင်မာမာ ရပ်တည်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊ ထို့ပြင် ဘုရင်ကြီးသည် မင်းစံသက်တစ်လျှောက်တွင် ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးနှင့် စဉ်ဆက် မပြတ် ရေရှည်ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်ရေးတို့အတွက် ကတိကဝတ်ထားကာ ကြိုးပမ်းအားထုတ်ခဲ့သည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကြောင့် သူသည် ဥရောပဒေသ နယ်နိမိတ်များကို ကျော်လွန်၍ မိမိတို့ ဒေသတွင်း နိုင်ငံများ၏ နှလုံးသားကိုပင် လှုပ်ခတ်နိုင်ခဲ့သည့် လေးစားဖွယ် ဘုရင်တစ်ပါး ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါကြောင်း၊

(ဂ)       ထို့အတူ ဘုရင်ကြီးသည် အလွှာပေါင်းစုံ၌ရှိသော ပြည်သူလူထုနှင့် ထိတွေ့ ဆက်ဆံခြင်းနှင့် အမြဲတစေ နှိမ့်ချဆက်ဆံခြင်းတို့ကို ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသည့် ထူးကဲသော စွမ်းရည်များကြောင့် ခေတ်သစ်တော်ဝင်စနစ်ကို အမျိုးသားရေး စိတ်သက်သာရာရမှုနှင့် ကြံ့ကြံ့ခံနိုင်မှုတို့၏ တည်တံ့ ခိုင်မြဲသော သင်္ကေတအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲ ပုံဖော်နိုင်ခဲ့ကြောင်း၊

(ဃ)     ဘုရင်ကြီးအနေဖြင့် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေး၊ တွေ့ဆုံဆွေးနွေးရေးနှင့် အပြန်အလှန်လေးစားရေးတို့အတွက် မမှိတ်မသုန်ကြိုးပမ်းခဲ့ခြင်းအပေါ် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စု ၏ နိုင်ငံများအနေဖြင့် အလေးအနက် ဂုဏ်ပြုအောက်မေ့ရပါကြောင်း၊ ထို့အပြင် နိုင်ငံ ပေါင်းစုံဝါဒနှင့် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ စည်းလုံးညီညွတ်မှုတို့အတွက်လည်း ဘုရင်ကြီး၏ အသံသည် မောင်းနှင်အားတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါကြောင်း၊

(င)       ဘုရင်ကြီးမှ ပြည်သူ့အကျိုးပြု လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည့်အမွေအနှစ်များနှင့် မူဝါဒခိုင်မာသော ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုတို့သည် မိမိတို့အားလုံး အတုယူလေးစားအားကျရသည့် အချက်များပင် ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊

(စ)       ယခုကဲ့သို့ ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲဖွယ် အောက်မေ့လွမ်းဆွတ်ရသည့် အချိန်အခါတွင် မိမိတို့ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုအနေဖြင့် နန်းတက်ဘုရင်အသစ် ဟားကွန် (၈)၊ တော်ဝင်မိသားစုနှင့် နော်ဝေ ပြည်သူများနှင့် ထပ်တူခံစားရပါကြောင်း၊ တန်ဖိုးကြီးမားသည့် အမွေအနှစ်တစ်ခုအား အလေးထား ဂုဏ်ပြုသည့်ကာလတွင် မိမိတို့ အားလုံးအနေဖြင့် နော်ဝေနိုင်ငံနှင့် အပြည့်အဝ ရပ်တည်ပါကြောင်း။

၅။        မြန်မာအမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ်မှ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုကိုယ်စား ပြောကြားခဲ့သည့် အုပ်စုမိန့်ခွန်း အပြည့်အစုံ (အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာ) အား ပူးတွဲဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

၆။        အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုတွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ဝင် အာရှနှင့် ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသမှ နိုင်ငံပေါင်း (၅၅) နိုင်ငံ ပါဝင်ပြီး၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများအနေဖြင့် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ကို အလှည့်ကျ တာဝန်ယူကြရပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသည် ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလအတွက် အလှည့်ကျ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန် ထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိပါကြောင်းလည်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

Mr. President,

Mr. Secretary-General,

Excellencies and Dear Colleagues,

In memory of His Majesty King Harald V of Norway, I have the honour to deliver this statement on behalf of the member states of the Asia-Pacific Group, in my capacity as the Chair of the group for this month.

It is with profound sadness that the Asia-Pacific Group conveys its deepest, most heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family, the Government, and the people of the Kingdom of Norway on the passing of His Majesty King Harald V.

Throughout his remarkable 35-year reign, King Harald V served as a steady beacon of unity, compassion, and dignity. He was a revered monarch whose lifelong commitment to peace, human rights, and sustainable development resonated far beyond the borders of Europe, touching the hearts of many in our own region. His unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life, combined with his unwavering humility, transformed the modern monarchy into an enduring symbol of national comfort and resilience.

The nations of the Asia-Pacific region remember with immense gratitude His Majesty's steadfast dedication to international cooperation, dialogue, and mutual respect. In an interconnected world, his voice was a consistent force for multilateralism and global solidarity. His legacy of service and his principled leadership stand as an inspiration to us all.

During this period of mourning, the Asia-Pacific Group extends its warmest sympathies to His Majesty King Haakon VIII, the Royal Family, and all Norwegians. We stand in absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Norway as it honours a truly historic legacy.
