၁။ (၈၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံအတွက် သဘာပတိ၊ ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၈ သက်တမ်းအတွက် လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ၏ အမြဲတမ်းမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံ (၅) နိုင်ငံနှင့် ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၉ သက်တမ်းအတွက် စီးပွားရေးနှင့်လူမှုရေးကောင်စီအဖွဲ့ဝင် (၁၈) နိုင်ငံတို့အား ရွေးချယ်သည့် အစည်းအဝေးများကို ဇွန်လ ပထမအပတ်အတွင်း၊ နယူးယောက်မြို့၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဌာနချုပ်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ရာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဆိုင်ရာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ အမြဲတမ်းကိုယ်စားလှယ် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဉီးကျော်မိုးထွန်း တက်ရောက် မဲပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။
၂။ (၈၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံအတွက် သဘာပတိ ရွေးချယ်သည့် အစည်းအဝေး ကို ၂-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက် (အင်္ဂါနေ့)၊ နံနက်၌ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး အဆိုပါ ရာထူးနေရာအတွက် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ရန် အလှည့်ကျသည့် အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသမှ ဆိုက်ပရပ်စ်နှင့် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံတို့က အဆိုပြုတင်သွင်းထားသော ကိုယ်စားလှယ်(၂) ဦးအနက် တစ်ဦးအား Simple Majority Vote (50%+ 1)ဖြင့် လျှို့ဝှက်မဲပေး ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ မဲပေးရွေးချယ်ရာတွင် လိုအပ်သည့်မဲအရေအတွက် (၉၆) မဲလျှင် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ် နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး H.E. Dr. Khalilur Rahman က (၉၉) မဲနှင့် ဆိုက်ပရပ်စ်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်H.E. Ambassador Andreas S. Kakouris က (၉၁) မဲဖြင့် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးက အနိုင်ရရှိကာ လာမည့် (၈၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၏ သဘာပတိအဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်း ခံခဲ့ရပါသည်။
၃။ (၈၁) ကြိမ်မြောက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ၏ သဘာပတိအဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ခံရသည့် ဘင်္ဂလားဒေ့ရှ်နိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး H.E. Dr. Khalilur Rahman အား ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။
၄။ ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၈ သက်တမ်းအတွက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ၏ အမြဲတမ်းမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့ဝင် (၅) နိုင်ငံအား ရွေးကောက်သည့် အစည်းအဝေးကို ၃-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက် (ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့)၊ နံနက်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေး၌ ဒေသအလိုက် လစ်လပ်သွားရန်ရှိသော လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ ၏ အမြဲတမ်းမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့ဝင် (၅) နိုင်ငံ၏နေရာများတွင် ပြန်လည်ဖြည့်တင်းရန် အာဖရိကဒေသ အုပ်စုမှ တစ်နေရာအတွက် ဇင်ဘာဘွေနိုင်ငံ၊ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသ အုပ်စုမှ တစ်နေရာအတွက် ကာဂျကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံ၊ လက်တင်အမေရိကနှင့် ကာရေဗျနိုင်ငံများဒေသအုပ်စုမှ တစ်နေရာ အတွက် တြီနီဒက်နှင့် တိုဘားကိုးနိုင်ငံ နှင့် အနောက်ဥရောပနှင့် အခြားသောနိုင်ငံများဒေသအုပ်စုမှ နှစ်နေရာအတွက် သြစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံနှင့် ပေါ်တူဂီနိုင်ငံတို့က ကိုယ်စားလှယ်လောင်းနိုင်ငံများအဖြစ် ပါဝင်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။ မဲပေးရွေးချယ်ရာတွင် 2/3 Majority of the Members Present and Voting ပုံစံဖြင့် လျှို့ဝှက်မဲပေးရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ရာ အာဖရိက ဒေသအုပ်စုအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၇) မဲလျှင် ဇင်ဘာဘွေနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၂) မဲ၊ လက်တင် အမေရိကနှင့် ကာရေဗျနိုင်ငံများဒေသအုပ်စုအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၂) မဲလျှင် တြီနီဒက်နှင့် တိုဘားကိုးနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၁) မဲနှင့် အနောက်ဥရောပနှင့် အခြားသောနိုင်ငံများဒေသအုပ်စုအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၇) မဲလျှင် ပေါ်တူဂီနိုင်ငံက (၁၃၄) မဲနှင့် သြစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံက (၁၃၁) မဲတို့ဖြင့် ရွေးချယ် တင်မြှောက်ခြင်းခံခဲ့ရပါသည်။
၅။ အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသအုပ်စုအတွက်မူ ကာဂျကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံနှင့် ဖိလစ်ပိုင်နိုင်ငံတို့က ပထမအလှည့်တွင် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် မပြည့်မှီသဖြင့် ထပ်မံ (၃) ကြိမ် ယှဉ်ပြိုင်ခဲ့ရပြီးနောက် နောက်ဆုံးအလှည့်တွင် ကာဂျကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံက (၁၄၂) မဲဖြင့် အနိုင်ရရှိကာ ရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ခံခဲ့ရပါသည်။
၆။ ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၈ သက်တမ်းအတွက် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ၏ အမြဲတမ်းမဟုတ်သော အဖွဲ့ဝင် အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံရသည့် သြစတြီးယားနိုင်ငံ၊ ကာဂျကစ္စတန်နိုင်ငံ၊ ပေါ်တူဂီနိုင်ငံ၊ တြီနီဒက်နှင့် တိုဘားကိုးနိုင်ငံ နှင့် ဇင်ဘာဘွေနိုင်ငံ တို့အား ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ယူပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။
၇။ ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၉ သက်တမ်းအတွက် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုရေးကောင်စီ အဖွဲ့ဝင် (၁၈) နိုင်ငံ ရွေးကောက် တင်မြှောက်သည့် အစည်းအဝေးကို ၄-၆-၂၀၂၆ ရက် (ဗုဒ္ဓဟူးနေ့)၊ နံနက်တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး ဝင်ရောက်ယှဉ်ပြိုင်သည့် နိုင်ငံများကို 2/3 Majority of the Members Present and Voting ပုံစံဖြင့် လျှို့ဝှက်မဲပေး ရွေးချယ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ထိုသို့ မဲပေးရာတွင် အုပ်စု (က) အာဖရိကဒေသ၌ လစ်လပ်သွားများ (၅) နေရာအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၅) မဲလျှင် ဆီနီဂေါနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၄) မဲ၊ အင်ဂိုလာနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၃) မဲ၊ ဂီနီယာနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၃) မဲ၊ မော်ရိုကိုနိုင်ငံက (၁၇၈) မဲနှင့် အီရီတြီးယားနိုင်ငံက (၁၆၄) မဲဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အုပ်စု (ခ) အာရှ-ပစိဖိတ်ဒေသ၌ လစ်လပ်သွားမည့် (၃) နေရာအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၅) မဲလျှင် မလေးရှားနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၄) မဲ၊ မော်လ်ဒိုက်ဗ်နိုင်ငံက (၁၈၃) မဲနှင့် တောင်ကိုရီးယားနိုင်ငံက (၁၇၈) မဲဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အုပ်စု (ဂ) အရှေ့ဥရောပဒေသ၌ လစ်လပ်သွားမည့် (၁) နေရာအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၁၆) မဲလျှင် မြောက်မက်စီဒိုးနီးယား နိုင်ငံက (၁၇၄) မဲဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ အုပ်စု (ဃ) လက်တင်အမေရိကနှင့် ကာရေဗျဒေသ၌ လစ်လပ်သွားမည့် (၄) နေရာအတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၀) လျှင် ဘရားဇီးလ်နိုင်ငံက (၁၈၁) မဲ၊ ဂွာတီမာလာနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၁) မဲနှင့် ဘိုလီးဗီးယားနိုင်ငံက (၁၈၀) မဲဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ အုပ်စု (င) အနောက်ဥရောပနှင့် အခြားသောနိုင်ငံများ ဒေသ၌ လစ်လပ်သွားမည့် (၅) နေရာ အတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် မဲအရေအတွက် (၁၂၀) လျှင် အိုင်ယာလန်နိုင်ငံက (၁၇၄) မဲ၊ ပေါ်တူဂီနိုင်ငံက (၁၇၄) မဲ၊ ဗြိတိန်နိုင်ငံက (၁၇၂) မဲ၊ ပြင်သစ်နိုင်ငံက (၁၇၀) မဲနှင့် ဂျာမနီနိုင်ငံက (၁၆၉) မဲဖြင့် အသီးသီး ရွေးကောက် တင်မြှောက်ခံခဲ့ကြရပါသည်။
၈။ ထို့အတူ ၃၁-၁၂-၂၀၂၇ တွင် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုရေးကောင်စီ၏ အဖွဲ့ဝင် သက်တမ်းကုန်ဆုံးမည့် ဆွစ်ဇာလန်နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ၎င်း၏နေရာအား သက်တမ်း မကုန်ဆုံးမီ စွန့်လွှတ်ခဲ့သဖြင့် ကြားဖြတ်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲတစ်ရပ် ကျင်းပကာ လူဇင်ဘတ်နိုင်ငံအား အစားထိုး ရွေးချယ်တင်မြှောက်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
၉။ ၂၀၂၇-၂၀၂၉ သက်တမ်းအတွက် စီးပွားရေးနှင့် လူမှုရေးကောင်စီ အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ် ရွေးချယ်ခံခဲ့ရသည့် အထက်ပါ (၁၈) နိုင်ငံ နှင့် လူဇင်ဘတ်နိုင်ငံတို့အား ချီးကျူးဂုဏ်ယူပါကြောင်း ဖော်ပြအပ်ပါသည်။

President of the General Assembly for the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly,
Five Non-Permanent Members of the UN Security Council and
18 Members of the UN Economic and Social Council

1. Meetings to elect the President of the General Assembly for the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly, five non-permanent members of the Security Council for the 2027–2028 term, and 18 members of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for the 2027–2029 term were held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during the first week of June. Ambassador Kyaw Moe Tun, Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations attended the meetings and voted at the respective elections.
2. The meeting to elect the President of the General Assembly for the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly was held on 2 June 2026. Two candidates were proposed by the Asia-Pacific Group: Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman of Bangladesh and Ambassador Andreas S. Kakouris of Cyprus. The election was conducted through a secret ballot for a required simple majority (50% + 1) voting system. With a required threshold of 96 votes, Dr. Khalilur Rahman received 99 votes and Ambassador Andreas S. Kakouris received 91 votes and thus the General Assembly elected Dr. Khalilur Rahman as the President of the General Assembly for the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly.
3. The Permanent Mission of Myanmar extends its warmest congratulations to PGA-Elect Foreign Minister Dr. Khalilur Rahman of Bangladesh for his election.
4. The meeting to elect 5 non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for the 2027–2028 term was held on 3 June 2026. The candidates were Zimbabwe (African Group) for one seat; Kyrgyzstan and the Philippines (Asia-Pacific Group) for one seat; Trinidad and Tobago (Latin American and Caribbean Group) for one seat; and Austria, Germany, and Portugal (Western European and Others Group) for two seats. Elections were held through a secret ballot with a required two-thirds majority of members present and voting. The General Assembly elected Austria, Kyrgyzstan, Portugal, Trinidad and Tobago, and Zimbabwe, respectively.
5. The Permanent Mission of Myanmar extends its warmest congratulations to Austria, Kyrgyzstan, Portugal, Trinidad and Tobago, and Zimbabwe for their elections.
6. The meeting to elect 18 members of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for the 2027–2029 term was held on 4 June 2026. Candidates were elected through a secret ballot with a required two-thirds majority of members present and voting, where Senegal, Angola, Guinea, Morocco, Eritrea, Malaysia, Maldives, the Republic of Korea, North Macedonia, Brazil, Guatemala, Bolivia (Plurinational State of), Ireland, Portugal, UK, France, and Germany became members of the Council for the respective term. Furthermore, in a by-election held to fill the vacancy created by Switzerland's decision to relinquish its membership before the scheduled expiration of its term on 31 December 2027, the General Assembly elected Luxembourg to serve the remainder of that term.
7. The Permanent Mission of Myanmar extends its warmest congratulations to the above-mentioned member states for their elections.
