Letter dated 9 January 2026 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Honourable Mr. Philippe Gautier, Registrar of the International Court of Justice sending the statement issued on 9 January 2026 by the NUG relating to the upcoming hearings in the case between The Gambia v. Myanmar.

The Identical letter was also sent to the Executive Office of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in New York.
