Letter dated 3 February 2023 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, on the latest Martial Law Order announcements made by the military junta.
The identical letters were also sent to H.E. Mr. Csaba Kőrösi, President of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and H.E. Ms. Vanessa Frazier, the Permanent Representative of Malta to the United Nations and President of the UN Security Council for February 2023.
