“မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေအပေါ် စစ်တပ်မှ လူမဆန်စွာ ကျူးလွန်နေမှုများနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဦးဆောင် သည့် လွတ်လပ်ကာ မျက်နှာလိုက်မှုမရှိသော စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရေး အမြန်ဆုံးဖွဲ့စည်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန် အထူး အရေးတကြီးလိုအပ်ပြီး၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂလုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီအပါအဝင် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုက်အဝန်းအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာပြည်သူများ၏ အသက်အိုးအိမ်ကို နှောင့်နှေးမှုမရှိစေဘဲ အမြန်ဆုံးကယ်တင်ပေးစေလို”
Letter dated 27 December 2021 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, together with the Announcement (15/2021) issued by the National Unity Government of Myanmar (NUG) on 25 December 2021, addressing the Christmas massacre in Karenni State.
The similar letters attached with the NUG's Announcement (15/2021) were sent to H.E. Mr. Abdou Abarry, President of the United Nations Security Council, H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, President of the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and all Permanent Representatives of the member states of the United Nations.
