Letter dated 2 November 2023 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, on the Statement (10/2023) issued by the National Unity Government of Myanmar (NUG) on 31 October 2023, regarding its Policy Statement on the Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement (NCA), together with the Policy Statement issued by the NUG and the Open Letter of KNU, ABSDF, and CNF.

The identical letters attached with the documents mentioned above were also sent to H.E. Mr. Dennis Francis, President of the 78th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and all Permanent Representatives and Permanent Observers to the United Nations.
