Letter dated 10 January 2022 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, on the horrible and helpless situation in Loikaw, the capital of Karenni State also known as Kayah State of Myanmar.
The similar letters were sent to H.E. Mr. Abdulla Shahid, President of the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, H.E. Mr. Abdou Abarry, President of the United Nations Security Council, and all Permanent Representatives of the member states of the United Nations.
