Letter dated 1 December 2022 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to the Secretary-General H.E. Mr. Antonio Guterres, on the short report issued by the Ministry of Human Rights (MoHR) of the National Unity Government of Myanmar on 24 November 2022 entitled "Rain of terror — Junta aerial attacks on civilians in Myanmar", together with the said report.
The identical letters attached with the short report mentioned above were also sent to H.E. Mr. Csaba Kőrösi, President of the 77th Session of the United Nations General Assembly, and all Permanent Representatives and Permanent Observers to the United Nations.
