Letter dated 24 October 2022 from the Permanent Representative of Myanmar to the United Nations, H.E. Mr. Kyaw Moe Tun, addressed to all Permanent Representatives and Permanent Observers to the United Nations, on the barbaric act of the Myanmar military against the civilians in Kachin State which heartbreakingly occurred in Myanmar on 23 October 2022, together with the Announcement made by the National Unity Government of Myanmar (NUG) on such barbaric act of the Myanmar military.
